If you are enrolled in a Computer Science class, your instructor should have an email or printout with your userID in it. First contact your instructor to see if you really do not have an account. You can also check with the office staff.
If it is determined that you do not have an account, you will be able to request an emergency account activation from either myself (Tom Wallis) or other faculty members and/or the CS office. Also, you can request an account from your instructor, and the instructor will email me. You will need to have all the regular information for getting an account (ShockerID#, Full Name, Major Code, class line number, etc.).
