Scope :
	Recent study about the Mobile and Wireless computing shows that 
	mobile computers and their wireless links will become an integral 
	part in future of the internetworks.
	This paper tries to outline some of the many interesting research 
	and directions. The population of the internet will soon be dominated 
	by computers that are capable of attaching to the internet that are 
	likely to grow in popularity in many places. 
	The research of protocol has gained intensity to develop suitable 
	networking protocols that support mobility to a greater extent. 
	The protocol called snoop helps in improving efficiency of TCP in 
	wireless networks. This protocol is discussed in this paper.
