Topic: 	A web based application for mobile devices

Major Goal: 
	This web based application will provide its users to monitor and trade stocks online using their 
	mobile devices. 

Scope:  
	This will be a three tier application consisting of:
		1) Data base layer
		2) Business logic layer
		3) Presentation layer

	Users of the application can:
		- View their portfolio 
		- Place orders (buy and sell) for stocks
		- Check current prices

	Technology/language: 
		.NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET

	Development Tools:
		MS Visual Studio .Net 2003, MS SQL Server 2000
