TOPIC:Wireless Sensor Networks and their Real Time Applications goals: 1. what are wireless sensor networks? 2. what are the different applications of wireless sensors in the field of medicine? 3. how wireless sensors are used for visually impared people.? scope: The present technology of using wireless sensor networks in various fields has become very popular. Smart sensors, which has more intelligence built in it are being used. In this paper I describe two such applications of wireless sensors in major fields like Mechanical and in-home health care. Firstly, I describe how wireless Sensor technology is used to improve the ability to control door seal gaps and reduce wind noise and water leaks. Secondly, I explain how wireless sensor networks are used for in-home health care for elder people. references [1] F. L.
