SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:
- Nanotechnology is a branch of science and engineering devoted 
  to the design and production of extremely small electronic devices 
  and circuits built from individual atoms and molecules.
- This paper deals with the Nanotechnology as a basis for the next
  generation of the mobile devices.
- Also it projects the various ethical issues in Nanotechnology.
- All the work demonstrates the basic foundation for the users to
  understand the basics of Nanotechnology and its influence over
  the Wireless Communication.
- How Nanotechnology is used to shrink the size of memory and the
  and components in the design of the devices.
- Finally predicting the future communication channels for Nano-
  technology over Wireless Devices.
