    2. Critical components of the web for E-commerce are being able to
       make payments online and guarantees of security of transactions made
       online. In this question you are asked to explore and compare
       commercial systems for making payments OR for providing security on the
       web. 

       Find two payment systems (cybercash.com or authorizenet.com, for
       example) OR two security systems (entrust or verisign, for example) 
       and write a critique on those systems of about 1 page: describe them, 
       who uses it, who developed it, good features, and potential problems. 
       Which would you prefer, for whom, and why?

    3. How do you apply XML? Is there any XML enabled Web browser?
       Use XML to specify the information about a book.
       (15 points)


    4. What are disadvantages of XML? (5 bonus points)
